am currently a Visiting Scholar at SVCL. My research interests include
Image and Video Processing, Sparse transforms, Computer Vision, and
more recently Machine Learning. I also maintain the DynTex website, a comprehensive database of dynamic textures.
A short decription of my work while at SVCL should come soon!
You can find more information about my research and my publication list at my webpage at the University of La Rochelle here .
Renaud Péteri received the M.S. degree in photonic and image processing from the University of Strasbourg in 2000, and the Ph.D.
degree in image and signal processing from MINES ParisTech, Paris, France, in 2003.
Since 2005, he has been an Associate Professor with the University of La Rochelle, La Rochelle, France, and a member of the Mathematics, Image and Applications Laboratory. His current research interests include signal and image processing, sparse representations, computer vision, tracking, dynamic textures and machine learning.
He received the ERCIM Post-Doctoral Research Grant, spent at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA SZTAKI) in 2004 and at the Mathematics and Computer Science Institute (CWI), Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 2005.
