I am a graduate student affiliated with the Statistical Visual Computing Lab, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, San Diego (UCSD). I received  a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, in 2002, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from R.P.I, Troy, NY, in 2003.  Subsequently, I was with the Multimedia Group of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies , Qualcomm Inc., till June 2006.

Research:

My research interests are primarily in computer vision, machine learning, and  biomedical image analysis.
